- Licypriya Kangujam is a 9-year-old climate activist from India. She is the founder of the Child Movement. Licypriya is fighting for climate justice and for the rights of children.
- Alexandria Villaseñor is a 14-year-old climate activist from the United States. She is the founder of the Earth Uprising movement. Alexandria is fighting for climate justice and for the rights of young people.
- Isra Hirsi is a 16-year-old climate activist from the United States. She is the co-founder of the US Youth Climate Strike. Isra is fighting for climate justice and for the rights of young people.
These are just a few of the many young climate activists who are fighting for a better future. Their stories are an inspiration to us all. They show us that we are not alone in the fight for climate justice. We are all Greta.
What can you do to help?
There are many things you can do to help the fight against climate change. Here are a few ideas:
- Reduce your carbon footprint. This means making changes to your lifestyle that will reduce your greenhouse gas emissions. Some simple things you can do include walking or biking instead of driving, eating less meat, and using less energy at home.
- Get involved in climate activism. There are many ways to get involved in the fight against climate change. You can join a local climate action group, attend protests, or write to your elected officials.
- Support young climate activists. The young people who are fighting for climate justice are our future. We need to support them in any way we can. We can donate to their organizations, share their stories, and amplify their voices.
